Przystań Warszawa is a complex of buildings situated at 1 Flotylli Pińskiej Boulevard on the Czerniakowski Headland, complementing the surroundings of Czerniakowski Port.
Przystań Warszawa officially opened in May 2024 and, in its first season, offered the residents of Warsaw a wide range of sporting, cultural, recreational and dining activities.
The Przystań Warszawa consortium, the leaseholder of the buildings, is primarily tasked with ensuring the provision of professional and recreational water sports facilities. Plans for the coming years include further developing the range of activities for water sports enthusiasts, particularly rowers, canoeists, stand-up paddleboarders and sailors.

Przystań Warszawa surrounded by greenery and the River Vistula.
Przystań naturally offers activities for water sports enthusiasts. These are aimed at both experienced rowers and those just starting their rowing adventure. A major advantage is the immediate proximity to the Czerniakowski Port basin, as well as convenient access to the water via a jetty designed specifically for water sports.
Przystań Warszawa also has a dedicated area for stand-up paddleboarding. Classes are held to prepare participants for exploring various water bodies and trips along the Vistula. Training sessions are complemented by static and highly relaxing yoga classes on SUP boards.
The water sports offering is complemented by sailing lessons on Omega and Optimist-type boats. After training at Przystań, aspiring sailors will have the opportunity to take part in the President’s Cup regatta, which has traditionally been held on the Warsaw stretch of the Vistula since 2018.
Right from its first season, Przystań has become a starting point for cycling tours – amateur competitions and year-round training sessions take place here.
Professional general fitness classes and running sessions are also planned. The Przystań site is a natural starting and finishing point for training sessions, which often require only basic facilities – changing rooms, toilets and showers.
Przystań Warszawa is a year-round facility, so everyone interested has access to a gym and an open-air gym adjacent to Przystań. The gym area is connected to a room housing rowing machines and stationary bikes, as well as a golf centre offering the opportunity to practise the sport indoors using simulators. There is also a yoga school here.

Przystań runs a yoga school, which also holds outdoor classes.
The space also features a dining and cultural area. The modern Monkey Love restaurant, offering a full range of delicacies from around the world, has been designed in an open-plan style, allowing guests not only to enjoy a good meal but also to rest and relax. The décor of the space is tailored to the natural setting of Przystań Warszawa. There is also an atmospheric café here – Przystań w Przystani.
At Przystań, visitors can take part in performances and theatre workshops organised by the Teal House Foundation. The activities are led by an experienced team of artists and directors, together with a group of friendly cultural animators. During the summer season, the team takes its activities outdoors, whilst in winter it performs on stage in a dedicated pavilion within Przystań. The artists, in bringing the space to life, focus not only on music and theatre but also on movement-based activities. These projects have inspired the creation of a long-term, open programme, which also includes collaboration with groups at risk of potential exclusion.
A walk around Przystań is a practical lesson in what more natural green spaces in the city might look like – as little development as possible, as much space as possible for nature and its cyclical processes. The Green Space Management Board plans to invite residents to Przystań for workshops, lectures and nature walks, so that they can enjoy close contact with nature.
