Required documents
- Application for the allocation of a street trading pitch.
- A statement from the trader confirming that they have no outstanding debts to the City of Warsaw or the State Treasury, or that they have obtained a legally prescribed exemption, deferral or instalment plan for outstanding payments, or a suspension of the enforcement of the competent authority’s decision in its entirety.

Further information
- Mobile trading may commence following the conclusion of a civil law contract – for a fixed term not exceeding 1 year.
- We only consider complete applications, signed by the authorised person or persons;
- The deadline for processing the application and the possible conclusion of the contract is 30 days;
- One entity may apply for a maximum of 3 stalls in areas managed by the Green Areas Management Board;
- The contract will include an obligation to obtain all legally required consents and permits, e.g. in the case of sites listed in the register of monuments – a decision from the Mazovian Provincial Conservator of Monuments (18/20 Nowy Świat Street).
- Every mobile trading outlet that has signed a contract with our organisation must display a special label or identification badge at its stall.
