Mobile catering

If you are interested in running a mobile catering business using food trolleys or food bikes, please submit a written application to us.

Required documents

1. Application for the allocation of a space to operate a mobile catering business.
2. A statement from the business owner confirming that they have no outstanding debts to the City of Warsaw or the State Treasury, or that they have obtained a legally prescribed exemption, deferral or instalment plan for outstanding payments, or a suspension of the enforcement of the competent authority’s decision in its entirety.
3. A declaration of registration in the Central Register and Information on Economic Activity, providing information enabling the unambiguous identification of the entrepreneur (e.g. Tax Identification Number (NIP), REGON number) or in the National Court Register, stating the KRS number
4. A positive opinion from the Public Space Aesthetics Department of the Architecture and Spatial Planning Office of the City of Warsaw, together with photographic documentation or a design for a mobile stall.

You have several options for submitting documents:

Further information

• Mobile catering activities may be carried out following the conclusion of a civil law contract – for a fixed term of up to three months.
• Operating this type of business in the following parks: Saski, Agrykola, Pole Mokotowskie, Skaryszewski, and Krasiński Garden is subject to a tender (call for tenders) – based on the rules set out in the Mayor’s Order on the principles of property leasing.
• Every food cart that has a signed contract with our organisation must display a special label or identification badge at its stall.
