Report a fault

Would you like to report an issue, such as damaged trees or uncollected rubbish in a park? Do you have any ideas regarding Warsaw’s green spaces? Please get in touch via the City Contact Centre on 19115. Reports submitted via the 19115 app are sent directly to the manager of the relevant area, ensuring they are dealt with more quickly. Our staff receive and verify these reports daily – and act on them in the field.
